Seminyak Beach

Seminyak Beach

Seminyak is 25 minutes drive from the airport of Bali or is just 10 minutes drive to the north of the business shopping area of Legian and Kuta.

Seminyak is actually a favorite with the local "ex-pat" community, due to the large number of highly rated restaurants in this area (e.g. The Living Room, KuDeTa, Made's Warung, Gado Gado, La Lucciola & Warisan). The shopping in Seminyak is also much better then Legian, etc. for crafts, hand made and fashionable items. Seminyak beach uses a local road system well off of the main road. There are therefore less traffic associated problems.

Lovina is a quiet place to stay, it is situated in a pretty bay with a black volcanic sand beach, and surrounded by beautiful views of the sea, rice fields and mountains. The people of Singaraja are mainly fishermen and farmers.

Lovina offers water activities such as snorkeling, dolphin tour and some excellent diving. Other than water sports, Lovina also gives you cultural attractions such as sapi gerumbung (bull race) and relaxing places to visit like the hot spring where you can bathe in a series of pools in a lovely jungle location.
